My WordPress site uses Formidable Forms connected to Stripe, and until recently it worked flawlessly. Now, when a customer submits the form the page behaves as if everything is fine—no visible error—yet the charge never reaches Stripe. The problem shows up right after the user clicks submit; nothing I can see in the dashboard has changed and I have not touched the form or the payment settings for some time. I need someone who knows Formidable Forms, Stripe, and WordPress inside-out to trace what’s breaking the transaction flow, correct it, and confirm that payments settle successfully in live mode. You will be free to check API keys, webhook endpoints, plugin versions, caching layers, JavaScript conflicts, or anything else that could block the hand-off to Stripe. Acceptance criteria • Submission produces a successful charge in Stripe Live, with the entry stored in Formidable • If an error occurs, the user sees the proper Formidable error message instead of a silent failure • All existing calculations, conditional logic, and emails in the form remain unchanged Access to the WordPress admin, Stripe dashboard (limited), and staging site can be provided immediately. Let me know your approach and estimated turnaround so we can get revenue flowing again.
