Over the coming months I need a senior full-stack engineer who can roll up sleeves on the existing codebase, tighten what’s there and elevate the entire user experience. The immediate focus is on UI/UX design upgrades. You’ll audit the current screens, spot the rough edges, recommend (and then implement) a coherent design system, and iron out visual inconsistencies. I’m open to whichever component library or style guide you believe suits a modern fintech product best; the only requirement is a polished, consistent interface that performs smoothly on desktop and mobile. You’ll work directly in the live repo, ship incremental improvements behind feature flags, and keep an eye on performance so the marketplace remains snappy as new features roll out.
