Setup & Publication of NextGPT – Multi-Model GPT Android App You have already developed the core Android application using the CodeCanyon-package: NextGPT – Multi-Model GPT Android App. The remaining tasks are to configure and deploy the back-end/admin panel on your server, produce a stable app build, and publish the application to the Google Play Store via the Play Console. This will bring the product live and make it accessible to users. Scope of Work Server & Admin Panel Setup Provision a server or hosting environment (cloud or dedicated) to host the admin panel and API endpoints. Upload and install the admin panel components included in the package (database schema, admin interface, API integration). Configure necessary settings: domain/sub-domain, SSL/TLS certificate, firewall/security rules, API keys. Connect the front-end Android app to the backend endpoints (authentication, model switching, usage tracking, billing/limits if included). Perform full configuration: adjust any application/config files, environment variables, database credentials, etc. Test end-to-end: login to admin, manage users/models, verify app communication with backend, verify data flows. Ensure documentation (which you have) is referenced and any differences or missing pieces are captured and communicated. Android App Build Pull the latest code of the Android app (as prepared/documented). Integrate any final changes required by the backend setup (e.g., API endpoint URLs, keys). Configure signing certificate/keystore for release build. Create a polished release build (minimum SDK version, target SDK version, version code/name) suitable for Play Store. Conduct a quality check: verify login, main features, model switching, backend connectivity, error handling, UI/UX. Generate the release APK or AAB (Android App Bundle) as per Play Console guidelines. Provide the build artifact and any release notes or version changelog. Play Store Publication Using your Play Console account, prepare the store listing: app name, short & full description, screenshots, feature graphics, icon, promotional assets. Upload the release build (APK/AAB) and set up rollout (internal test, closed test, production). Configure store listing metadata: category, content rating, pricing (free/paid), countries, distribution settings. Configure Android-specific settings: target API level, privacy policies, permissions, safety & security disclosures. Submit the app for review; monitor the review process and promptly address any Play Store feedback or required changes. Ensure everything is working post-publication: users can download, login works, backend interface is responsive, analytics (if any) are live. Deliverables Fully operational admin panel hosted on the designated server (URL provided). Backend API endpoints integrated and tested with the Android app. Release build (APK/AAB) of the Android app, signed and ready for Play Store. Play Store listing created and live (or submitted for rollout). Documentation of deployment: server setup, build process, Play Console steps, any deviations from original documentation. Support period (optional) to fix any deployment issues within a defined timeframe (e.g., 1 week after deployment).
