Using Figma, I need polished UI and UX flows that make browsing, renting and buying feel effortless for three core personas—home buyers, long-term renters and staycation seekers. Scope • Design the complete desktop and mobile experience, from the first landing page to checkout/booking/payment hand-off. • Blend two key journeys—“Find a home to buy” and “Book a place to stay”—into one unified navigation, keeping property owners’ listing tools intuitive. • Apply modern, clean visuals that evoke trust while still feeling welcoming and travel-friendly. Key deliverables 1. Low-fidelity wireframes that map every critical screen. 2. High-fidelity Figma mock-ups with components, auto-layout and variants. 3. Clickable prototype covering search, filters, map view, property detail, host dashboards, and a single sign-on flow. 4. Handoff file with style guide (colors, typography, spacing tokens) and interaction notes ready for developers.
