I’m gearing up to launch a clothing-only e-commerce site and need a seasoned project manager to steer everything from concept to go-live. Your job is to make sure the store is planned, built, and released on time while every stakeholder—from developers and designers to marketers and fulfillment—knows exactly what to do and when. Key objectives • Translate my brand vision into a clear project roadmap and timeline. • Coordinate the UX/UI design process so the storefront feels premium, intuitive, and conversion-focused. • Oversee platform set-up (whether Shopify, WooCommerce, or a stack you recommend) and ensure payment, shipping, and tax integrations work flawlessly. • Structure the product catalogue for clothing, including size charts, variant logic, SKUs, and high-quality imagery. • Implement robust inventory workflows that let us track stock in real time and automatically flag low-inventory items. • Orchestrate end-to-end QA—browser testing, mobile responsiveness, checkout flow, and security checks—before we open the doors. • Produce concise SOPs and a post-launch playbook so our internal team can run day-to-day ops confidently. Success looks like a smooth launch, a glitch-free checkout experience, and customers able to browse and buy our clothing without friction.
