I’m building a cross-platform mobile app (Android and iOS) that lets our relatives record, browse, and update family information spanning up to six generations. Two profile types will exist: Admin profiles with full editing rights and Member profiles with limited, self-service capabilities. Every user profile must hold: • Contact information (phone number and address) • A visual family-tree position • A list of committee members they belong to (if any) • A feed showing recent updates and events Within the shared family archive we need to store photographs and all important dates (births, weddings, memorials, reunions, etc.). Admins should be able to create or edit entries, attach photos, and publish event reminders so members receive them instantly in-app (push or in-app alerts—whichever is simpler to implement across both platforms). My end goal is a smooth, intuitive UI that anyone from grandparents to teenagers can use. Please deliver: 1. Native or framework-based Android & iOS apps ready for TestFlight and Play Console upload. 2. Complete, well-commented source code. 3. A brief hand-off guide covering build steps, basic admin tasks, and how to generate future releases.
