I run a manufacturing unit and I’m ready to replace my spreadsheets with a professional, browser-based system that covers our day-to-day operations from end to end. Core scope • Material management – intake, current stock, reorder alerts and basic supplier tracking. • Employee wages – daily attendance capture, overtime calculations and monthly payroll export. • Production & dispatch – work-order scheduling, finished-goods tracking, packing lists and shipment status. Access control The application must support “Yes, different roles with permissions” so that only authorised staff see the data they need. For launch we will use the exact set “Admin, Manager, Worker”, and I want the permission matrix kept clean so more roles can be added later without rewriting the logic. What I expect from you 1. A functional prototype I can test online, backed by a solid database schema. 2. Clean, responsive UI that looks professional on desktop and tablet. 3. Source code with installation guide and brief documentation of key modules. 4. A short hand-over session (remote) to walk me through deployment and user management. Tech stack is flexible—popular frameworks such as React + Node, Angular + .NET, or Laravel + Vue are all acceptable as long as security and maintainability are prioritised. Use of open-source libraries is welcome provided licences are compatible for commercial use. If you have built similar factory or ERP tools before, feel free to reference them in your bid. I’m looking to start immediately and would like an iterative approach with weekly check-ins so refinements can be folded in quickly.
