I need a seasoned Figma designer who can stay with me through roughly 500 hours of product work as we overhaul an Inventory Management ERP. You’ll already hold a paid Figma subscription and feel at home creating component libraries, design systems, and polished prototypes for complex business apps. Our daily rhythm will include a minimum two-hour live-collaboration session (screen-share and real-time edits), so solid English and a reliable connection are essential. Core focus • Translate business flows into clean, intuitive screens that remain fully mobile-responsive. • Build and refine features critical to this platform—lead management, email-marketing integration, sales-pipeline tracking, inventory tracking, pricelist management, supplier management, CRM, ERP and accounts modules. • Keep UI consistency tight and UX journeys friction-free as we scale. What I’ll look for in each milestone 1. Wireframes that clearly map user journeys. 2. High-fidelity mock-ups in an organised Figma file with reusable components. 3. Interactive prototypes demonstrating primary flows. 4. Dev-ready hand-off with style-guide tokens and explanatory notes. Experience designing any CRM/ERP is welcome, but familiarity with inventory-centric modules will put you at the front of the line.
