We are looking to hire an experienced ERPNext / Frappe developer with strong Tally integration knowledge for a set of ongoing enhancements and process improvements in our ERPNext system. The work includes stock workflows, sales-to-dispatch automation, Tally sync fixes, validations, permissions, and compliance (eInvoice & eWay Bill). This is a long-scope project and may turn into continuous work for the right freelancer. ERP & Tech Stack ERPNext v15 Frappe Framework Tally Integration (XML / API based) Server Scripts (preferred over custom apps where possible) Scope of Work (Detailed) 1. Tally Integration Improvements Fix Sales Invoice push to Tally Fix Credit Note push to Tally Enable Bulk Push to Tally Auto Push to Tally on Submit of: Sales Invoice Credit Note Ensure correct GST, Party, Ledger, and voucher handling 2. Stock, Sales & Dispatch Validations Validation to ensure: Pick List Delivery Note Sales Invoice cannot exceed Sales Order quantity Re-check and enforce mandatory fields across all documents Restrict incorrect document flow usage 3. Custom Doctypes & Workflows Create Material Issue / Dispatch Doctype for: Amazon Shopify Damage / Rejection Testing / Samples Workflow-based automation to generate: Stock Entry (Material Issue) Stock Entry (Transfer) Delivery Note 4. Process Restructuring Redesign Delivery Note → Invoice flow Move loading / dispatch workflow to Sales Invoice instead of Delivery Note Design Sales Order → Dispatch Planning flow directly in ERPNext 5. Permissions, UI & Controls Hide Print button for a specific user (Sanjeet) unless: eInvoice generated eWay Bill generated Field-level permissions: Restrict editing of critical fields Hide unnecessary fields Mark only required fields as mandatory Cleanup extra / unused fields 6. Compliance Automation Generate eInvoice & eWay Bill from a single button Ensure proper validation before generation 7.
