We are developing a blockchain-based real estate platform, and the project is already partially implemented. We are now looking for a Web3 frontend developer to enhance and complete the platform by adding critical features and improving the overall user experience. This is a great opportunity to work on an innovative use case of blockchain in real-world property transactions. Core functionality: 1.Admin Panel Implementation Add a secure and intuitive admin interface. Enable admin-only actions such as property approval, user management, and content moderation. 2.Token System Upgrade Integrate token functionality using ERC-1155 standard to support multiple types of assets (e.g., property tokens, documents, service tokens). Handle minting, transferring, and displaying tokens properly in the frontend. 3.UI Improvements Enhance the existing user interface for better usability, responsiveness, and visual polish. Align design with real estate industry standards (professional, trustworthy feel). 4.Voting Page Add a new page where users can vote on platform-related proposals (e.g., property listings, governance decisions). Integrate with smart contract-based voting mechanisms. Show current votes, deadlines, and results in real time. Required Skills & Technologies: You must have hands-on experience with: React.js or Next.js Web3.js or Ethers.js Smart contract integration (especially ERC-1155 standards) Building admin dashboards with secure role-based access Working with MetaMask and blockchain wallets Creating responsive, user-friendly UI (Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or similar) Git and version control workflows Required Skills The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in the following technologies and skills: -React.js or Next.js for building responsive, modern frontend applications -Ethers.js or Web3.js for interacting with smart contracts and blockchain networks -Experience with ERC-1155 tokens (multi-token standard) — including minting, transferring, and UI integration -Solid understanding of smart contract interactions via MetaMask or other wallet providers -Ability to implement a secure admin panel with role-based access control -Familiarity with UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Material UI, or similar -Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Zustand, React Context) -Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab for version control and team collaboration -Strong attention to security, performance, and best practices in Web3 development We’re excited to bring real-world real estate onto the blockchain — if you’re passionate about Web3 innovation and great user experience, we’d love to work with you!
