I’m after Advanced customization (custom functionalities) so the widget can be extended later—think button states, rich cards, or additional flows, not just colour tweaks. • Admin dashboard with User analytics, Chat history logs and Agent performance metrics available at a glance. I’m fine if you pull in a popular charting library; just keep it lightweight and responsive. • Internal chat between agents (simple channel or 1-to-1, whatever is quickest to ship) so agents can coordinate without leaving the dashboard. What I’ll provide: – The starter template (front-end and basic backend). – Brand assets and a few sample Q&A pairs for initial training. What I expect from you: 1. Clean, plug-and-play code that works on both frameworks out of the box. 2. A short setup guide showing the drag-and-drop installation, plus any environment variables needed. 3.
