Because everything happens in Gmail, you should already feel at home with filters, canned responses, and basic automation rules. Around the email work, there will be light data entry (mostly updating Excel sheets and CRM fields), occasional document edits in Word, simple social-media scheduling, and calendar coordination. Attention to detail is crucial—whether you’re logging a customer issue, double-checking a spreadsheet total, or proof-reading a reply before it goes out.
