Each day, customer reviews land in my inbox, and I want every new message to flow straight into a Google Sheet without me touching a thing. The email body contains the customer’s name, their written review, and a 1-to-5 rating; those three fields must populate separate columns in real time and stay perfectly aligned. I’m happy for you to reach this with Google Apps Script, the Gmail API, Zapier, Make, or any other approach that keeps everything inside Google Workspace and running quietly in the background. Historical messages tagged “Reviews” also need to be parsed once so the sheet starts with a complete archive.
