Scope • Design a modern, trust-building layout that highlights each plot’s location, size, price, and development plan. • Build the store on a proven platform—WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or a comparable framework is fine—as long as it supports easy inventory updates. • Implement online booking so a visitor can lock a plot for a set period before checkout. • Integrate secure payment gateways (UPI, cards, net-banking, etc.) and provide order confirmation emails. • Basic SEO setup and on-page optimization for local land-buyer keywords. • Mobile-first responsiveness and a simple admin dashboard so I can add new plots myself. Deliverables 1. Fully functional live website with the features above. 2. Admin guide or short video showing how to add/edit listings, manage bookings, and process payments. 3.
