I’m finishing up a real-time customer-feedback platform and the last piece is a polished, dynamically generated PDF export. All the data—graphs, live metrics, text analytics—already renders on the portal; now I need a designer who can translate that same experience into a corporate-styled PDF that is built automatically when a user hits “Export”, and is possible improve the design of the Charts we have on the platform itself as well. Here is what matters most to me: the document must feel board-room ready, consistent with a clean corporate aesthetic, and it has to accommodate multiple chart types (bar, line, pie and anything else the data calls for) alongside the written insights our text analytics engine produces. Page breaks, responsive resizing, colour palettes, font hierarchy—every detail needs locking down so the file looks as if it were handcrafted, even though it’s generated on the fly. We have a first draft of the PDF but needs improvements. You’ll take the existing portal visuals as reference, create a cohesive layout, supply any design assets or style sheets required, and work with my dev team to ensure the final template plugs into our PDF generator (we’re currently testing jsPDF and Puppeteer but are open if you have a better suggestion). When we trigger an export I expect: • A single PDF compiling all selected graphs and charts plus narrative text • Corporate branding applied consistently across cover, headers, footers and data visuals • Crisp rendering on desktop and mobile PDF viewers, with file size kept reasonable If you’re used to collaborating with developers, understand how design decisions impact code-based PDF generation, and can turn feedback quickly, let’s talk.
