I’m building a lightweight expense-capture app for Swedish companies that must run smoothly on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The employee flow is deliberately simple: open the app, snap a receipt, enter amount and VAT, hit upload—no sign-ups, email logins, or social media authentication to slow things down. On the other side, an employer-only section lets me review every submission, approve or decline it, drill down into spend categories, and generate on-the-spot analytics. Because we work with Swedish VAT rates, the entry form has to accept 25 %, 12 %, or 6 % and store them correctly for export. Once transactions are approved I need to move the data wherever my finance team wants it: direct XLSX download, clean CSV, and—most importantly—automatic hand-off to Visma and Fortnox through their public APIs. Tools or frameworks are up to you; React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin with a shared backend, or another approach are all fine as long as I receive: • A production-ready iOS build (TestFlight) and Android build (Play Console) • An admin interface with full data management, basic charts, and searchable history • Working XLSX / CSV export plus confirmed API pushes to Visma & Fortnox sandbox accounts • Source code and build instructions If you’ve connected Swedish accounting systems before or handled OCR for receipts that’s a plus, but I’m open to fresh ideas. Let’s keep the interface clean, the workflow fast, and the data rock-solid. I also have a draft website for how I want it to look and work that I will provide to you.
