I’m launching a Practo-style mobile application that helps patients anywhere in India discover the right OPD specialist, see the live queue length, and decide when to walk in. The build has to run smoothly on both Android and iOS. Three role-based experiences sit at the core of the project: • Patients – search for doctors by specialty, city, and availability, view real-time wait times pulled from each clinic’s queue management feed, read and leave ratings & reviews, and receive visit confirmations. • Doctors – manage their own profile, consultation slots, and the queue timer that pushes current waiting minutes to patients. • Administrative staff – dashboard access to verify doctor sign-ups, moderate reviews, and correct wait-time data when needed. Key modules I need you to deliver: 1. Search & filter engine with geolocation support. 2. Real-time wait-time service (WebSocket or similar) that updates every user looking at a doctor’s profile. 3. Review & rating subsystem linked to verified visits. 4. Secure authentication (mobile OTP / email) and role-based access control. 5. Simple, clean UI that keeps performance high on both platforms. Code must be well-documented, version-controlled (Git), and ready for handoff to my in-house team for future maintenance. Provide compiled apps plus the full source code and a brief technical handover note outlining project structure, libraries used, and how the live queue update works.
