I am looking for an experienced Django developer to build a Full-Stack Employee Management System (EMS) within a strict 2-week timeframe. The system needs to digitize core HR administrative tasks and provide a seamless interface for managing staff data. Key Requirements & Features: Employee Lifecycle Management: Build modules for General Employee Data and detailed Biodata (including photo and ID document uploads). Leave Management Workflow: Create a system for employees to submit leave requests and an admin dashboard to Approve/Reject them with status tracking.
