I’m ready to move from floor-plan sketches to photo-realistic visuals for my new build and need a talented 3D artist to bring every key space to life. The project covers seven areas—kitchen, living room with fireplace feature, mudroom, laundry room, half bath, master bath, and the front-elevation exterior. Scope My goal is a set of detailed still renderings that accurately reflect materials, lighting, and spatial flow. I already have reference photos and mood images for each room, so you’ll be able to jump straight into modeling without guessing my intent. Style is still open; I’ll decide between modern, traditional, or rustic once I see your early drafts, so please keep your workflow flexible. Deliverables • One high-resolution, fully textured rendering for each of the seven spaces listed above (7 images total) • Source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or comparable—whatever you use) organized by room • Two minor revision rounds per image to fine-tune finishes, furnishings, and lighting Quality expectations The work must hold up when zoomed in: realistic reflections on fixtures, crisp cabinetry details, true-to-life fabric textures, and exterior daylight that matches the interior ambience. Render output should be ready for client presentations and potential print up to A3 size. I’ll supply reference imagery, finish schedules, and the latest plan set as soon as the project starts.
