AI Workflow & Automation Engineer We’re seeking an AI Workflow & Automation Engineer (remote) to design and deploy intelligent automations that enhance our User Experience, data- and customer operations. You’ll work directly with leadership to prototype and implement AI agents using OpenAI AgentKit, Azure AI Agent Services, or comparable frameworks, integrating them into our SaaS platform and Microsoft based back end. Scope of Work • Build, connect, and deploy AI-driven workflows that automate repetitive or insight-heavy operational tasks. • Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and third-party tools to streamline data, customer, and business processes. • Evaluate, fine-tune, and document agent logic for handover to the in-house team. Example Deliverables • Workflow Agent that analyzes and recommends optimal product pricing based on multiple API inputs and competitor websites. • Workflow Agent that matches roles and profiles in our database dynamically using configurable variables and parameters. • Multilingual Chat Agent capable of answering basic user questions and raising back-office tickets when escalation is required. • Workflow Agent that analyzes incoming questions and automatically maintains an updated FAQ knowledge base. • Monitoring Agent that tracks community communications and enforces community policy compliance. • Workflow Agent that enriches profile and contact data to improve lead generation and CRM quality. Core Skills & Experience • Practical experience with OpenAI AgentKit, Azure AI Studio, or similar AI/automation toolkits. • Strong background in workflow design, API integration, and automation orchestration. • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent. • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS). • Experience embedding AI functions into SaaS platforms or data-driven products. • Capable of rapid prototyping and independent delivery in short, outcome-focused sprints.
