I want to launch a web and mobile platform that lets clinic owners post vacancies and lets dentists quickly discover nearby opportunities. On the clinic side, the dashboard needs to make it effortless to post job listings, keep track of every application in one place, and open a chat thread with each applicant. Dentists should land on a clean home screen that immediately shows openings ranked by proximity. From there they must be able to apply in-app with a saved profile/CV and switch on push or email alerts so they know the moment a matching job is published. Both the website and the iOS/Android apps should share a single codebase where possible, load fast on slow connections, and keep the interface user-friendly and simple. A map or distance badge next to each listing, secure account creation, and role-based access (dentist vs. clinic) are essential.
