I’m recreating the GMC Denali Ultimate badge for my truck and I need the topographical background to feature Mount McKinley (63.0692 N, 151.0070 W). Your task is to extract high-detail contour-line data for that exact area, translate it into a clean relief, and deliver a watertight STL that drops straight into my CNC workflow. Scope • Source or generate a contour lines map of Mount McKinley with maximum detail—no visible banding or loss of elevation nuance. • Sculpt the relief so it nests perfectly inside the existing badge outline (I’ll supply precise badge dimensions and reference photos once we start). • Maintain true geographic orientation unless a 180° rotation improves visual balance—let me know if that artistic tweak is required. • Deliverables: the final STL, plus the editable file from whichever package you use (Fusion 360, Blender, Rhino, etc.) so I can tweak depth later if my tooling changes. Acceptance Criteria • STL loads error-free in Fusion 360 and passes “Validate” with no open edges. • Highest peak and deepest valley are clearly distinguishable when rendered at 1 mm stepover. • Contours remain crisp after a 0.5 mm tool simulation in Mach4. If you regularly handle GIS data (QGIS, Global Mapper) and have experience converting DEM/contours into CNC-ready reliefs, this should be straightforward. Please include a quick note on your typical toolchain so I know the best format to expect for the source file.
