Demonstration on SolidWorks modeling with approach to variable design and visualization What we are asking: Please review the attached SolidWorks files for the Infinit design and the 30 mL Long Squeeze Pack (Kit). Using these as references, create a variable model for a thermoforming bottle suitable for our deep-draw machine. The model should adjust smoothly across the following sizes without rebuilding: 60 mL, 90 mL, 120 mL, 180 mL, and 250 mL. Key specifications: • 4 mm freeboard for HFFS machine filling • Estimated cavity for 250 mL: approx. 6 cm wide × 10 cm high (excluding snap area) × 5 cm deep • 50 mm drawdown (can vary between 40–55 mm) • Stand-up stability, with attention to center of gravity • Mouth-friendly spout and snap feature similar to the Infinit design • Efficient pack-out for retail and food service, including shippers and palletisation • Material around 600 micron: lightweight but stiff • Design should look good for hydration, nutrition, coffee, and lunchbox formats • Smaller sizes should compete well with Ketone IQ and 4 Hour Energy • Tooling layout suitable for 6–12 cavities on Multivac-equivalent machines (250 mm and 322 mm wide) Goal: Deliver a SolidWorks model and a visual demonstration that show your ability to produce a scalable, efficient design aligned with the requirements above. ASAP I’d also like to request screen recordings showing the full step-by-step workflow with a short script. This will help me practise, reproduce the process, and be ready for any questions during the final interview.
