I need an experienced CX Genie specialist to take my existing customer relationship management setup and reshape it around two core areas: sales automation and customer support. The goal is to streamline every touch-point, map the ideal user journey, and embed process automation so the system effectively “relearns” each step and adapts to future changes. Here’s what I have in mind: • Analyse the current CRM instance, identify friction in the sales and support pipelines, and sketch the revised flow in CX Genie’s visual builder. • Configure rules, triggers, and integrations that automate repetitive tasks for both the sales team (lead routing, follow-ups, deal stage updates) and the support desk (ticket prioritisation, notifications, SLA tracking). • Implement CX Genie’s re-learning capabilities so the workflows continuously refine themselves based on live data. • Provide concise documentation or a quick walk-through video so my team understands the new flow and can fine-tune it later. You’ll have direct admin access to the sandbox environment and, once we sign off the flow, production credentials.
