I have already deployed the eClassify classified-ads script (Laravel back-end with a Flutter mobile app) and now need a senior developer who can make it truly fit the Iraqi market. My priorities fall into three main buckets: adding brand-new capabilities, refining what’s already there, and wiring the platform to trusted third-party services. New functionality • Payment gateways: the app must process ZainCash, AsiaHawala and local-issued Mastercard cards end-to-end, from checkout in Flutter to settlement in Laravel. • Advanced search filters so users can drill down by city, price range, category and any future taxonomy I decide to add. • A custom delivery-request flow that lets buyers choose courier options during checkout and notifies sellers instantly. Improvements to existing modules Mandatory item-condition fields should appear in every listing form and be enforced at both mobile and API level. I also want cleaner UI logic around category selection and ad promotion. Third-party integrations Besides the payment providers above, please be ready to work with any courier APIs I approve and, if needed, local SMS/OTP services for two-factor authentication. Tech stack & expectations The work is split between Flutter (current stable channel) and Laravel 10. I keep the code on GitHub and run CI/CD through GitHub Actions, so your commits need to pass my automated tests. Clear, well-documented pull requests are a must. Deliverables 1. Updated Flutter app and Laravel back-end with all features enabled and bugs fixed 2. Payment and courier integrations fully tested in staging and production 3.
