Keeping our appointment calendar in order has turned into a full-time job, so this project hands over every aspect of scheduling to one dedicated coordinator. Bookings currently arrive from three places: our website’s request form, direct invites in Google Calendar, and entries created inside our CRM. You will juggle all of them, keeping the customer experience seamless while making sure my team’s availability is always respected. Day-to-day work means capturing each new request the moment it appears, proposing and locking in times, updating Google Calendar, logging notes in the CRM, and sending confirmations or reminders as needed. New prospects need quick turnaround; existing clients expect proactive follow-ups so their next service never slips. Internally, the team relies on you to flag conflicts early and keep our master calendar spotless. If you have handled Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho before, you’ll feel at home—our setup is comparable, though we’ll walk through the exact workflow together. Deliverables I will measure: • A single, conflict-free master calendar maintained in Google Calendar and mirrored in the CRM • Appointment confirmations sent to customers within the agreed response window • Weekly snapshot showing open follow-ups and any reschedule requests in queue Excellent written communication, obsessive attention to detail, and proven command of Google Calendar plus modern CRMs are the key skills for success here. Let’s keep every client—and every team member—exactly where they need to be, right on time.
