I run the non-profit site https://menwdsocietyk.org/, currently built in raw code. The original developer is no longer available, so I need the entire website recreated on WordPress to make future updates painless. I already have full hosting access. Here’s what I am looking for: • Move every live page, post, image, document and URL into WordPress without breaking any existing links or SEO value. • Design and build a fresh custom theme that keeps our brand colours and feel but is fully responsive, fast and easy to edit in Gutenberg (or a comparable visual editor). • Add a membership area limited to Member registration and login only—no paid plans for now—using a proven plugin such as MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, or another lightweight tool you recommend. • Test everything (forms, menus, security, backups) and migrate to the live server with no downtime. • Provide a short hand-over guide or recorded walkthrough so our team can manage content on our own. Please include in your proposal: 1. A fixed price or milestone breakdown. 2. The timeframe you’ll need from kickoff to launch. 3. A brief outline of the tools/plugins you plan to use.
