My wholesale food operation serves roughly 150 customers, and each of them sees a different catalogue and price list. I need a web-based application that lets every customer log in, open an order sheet tailored to their products, and submit orders quickly. Design & UX The interface should stay simple and functional—clean layouts, easy navigation, no unnecessary flourishes—so users can place their orders in just a few clicks on desktop or mobile. Core features • Secure individual logins that reveal only the customer’s assigned products and negotiated prices. • An order sheet that remembers prior purchases and offers Order History Tracking so repeat buys are effortless. • Customisable Order Templates so a customer can save frequent baskets and reorder in seconds. • Admin back-end where I can upload or edit each customer’s catalogue, pricing, and template data in bulk (CSV import is fine). Workflow expectations On first launch the app should allow me to import the current list of 150 customers, their unique SKUs and price tables, then auto-create logins and send credentials by email. From there I want to export orders daily in a simple format (CSV or JSON) for my warehouse system. Real-time inventory isn’t essential at this stage, but the architecture should leave room to plug that in later. Tech guidance I am open on stack—Laravel, Django, Node/Express or similar—so long as it is secure, well-documented and deployable on a standard cloud host. A concise README and straightforward deployment script are part of the deliverable. Acceptance The job is complete when I can: 1. Add or modify a customer’s product list and pricing in the admin panel. 2. Log in as that customer and see only those items at the correct prices. 3. Place an order, view order history, and save a template. 4. Export the day’s orders in one click. 5. Hand the package to my own IT team with enough documentation to maintain it.
