About Our Business: We are a global business specializing in the import and export of garments and fabrics. We manage stock movements between various countries, suppliers, and clients. Project Goal: We need a custom, cloud-based inventory tracking software to be built. The system must provide a central, real-time view of our inventory for a small team. Core Requirements & Key Functionality 1. Cloud-Based Web Application & User Access: The entire application must be a cloud-based web application (e.g., hosted on AWS, Azure, GCP) and accessible from any modern web browser. The system must support at least 10 user accounts with different permission levels (e.g., Admin, Data Entry, View-Only). 2. Inventory Tracking (Inward & Outward): The core function is to track all stock movements. Inward Stock: A form/module to log new inventory received from our suppliers (e.g., Date, Supplier, Product, Quantity). Outward Stock: A form/module to log inventory being shipped out to a client (e.g., Date, Client, Product, Quantity). A main dashboard must show the current quantity on hand for all products, which updates automatically based on these movements. 3. Consignee (Client) Data Facilities: A simple CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module to add, edit, and store information about our consignees (the clients we ship to). Must include fields like Company Name, Shipping Address, Contact Person, Email, and Phone. When creating an "Outward Stock" entry, we should be able to select a consignee from this database. 4. Transport Detail Facilities: When creating an "Outward Stock" shipment, we must be able to add and save transport and logistics details for that specific shipment. Fields should include: Freight Forwarder / Shipping Line, Tracking Number (e.g., Bill of Lading, Air Waybill), Container Number (if applicable), Dispatch Date, and Expected Arrival Date.
