We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled full-stack mobile and backend developer (or a small team) to build a sophisticated companion app. This app will be crucial for device control, real-time data streaming, and enhancing the user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications (iOS and Android) and the necessary backend infrastructure. • IoT Device Integration: Establish stable and efficient communication protocols between the mobile app and physical hardware (likely via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/MQTT). • Real-time Data & Media Streaming: Implement low-latency, high-quality data and media (e.g., video) streaming functionalities from an IoT device to the app. • Data Analysis & Insights: Implement APIs for processing and presenting data for user insights. • User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX): Translate wireframes and design mockups into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. • Cloud Infrastructure: Set up and manage scalable cloud services for backend operations, data storage, and media hosting. • Security & Data Privacy: Implement best practices for data encryption, user authentication, and ensuring compliance. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack mobile application development. • Expertise in Native iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Native Android Development (Kotlin/Java). (Or React Native/Flutter proficiency for cross-platform). • Strong Backend Development Skills: Proficiency in one or more of (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, Go, Java/Spring Boot) with experience building scalable APIs. • Cloud Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., IoT Core, Media Services, S3, RDS). • Real-time Communication: Experience with WebSocket, MQTT, or similar protocols for device communication and live data streams. • Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. • UI/UX Implementation: Ability to implement complex and aesthetically pleasing UIs from design specs. • API Integration, Version Control, Problem-Solving, Communication.
