Technical expectations • On-device inference using TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, or similar for speed and privacy. • Secure cloud back-end (HIPAA/GDPR compliant) for user auth, image storage, and data sync. • Admin console to manage users, treatments, and templated report text. • Source code, model training pipeline (or clear integration docs if you provide pre-trained models), and deployment scripts handed over at completion. Acceptance criteria • Analysis scores reproduce within ±5 % across identical images. • PDF exports match clinic branding and remain under 2 MB. • App loads first screen in <2 s on mid-range devices.
