I want to bring my CRM vision to life with a modern React-based web dashboard and a matching React Native mobile app that work seamlessly together. The very first milestone is a powerful Reporting & Analytics module: interactive charts, custom date filters, drill-downs, and export (PDF/CSV) all need to feel instant and intuitive. Preferred stack • Front-end web: React (latest) with a sensible state manager such as Redux, Zustand, or your recommendation. • Mobile: React Native so we can ship the same codebase to both iOS and Android without extra overhead. Scope & deliverables - Responsive web application bundled for production and ready to deploy. - Cross-platform mobile app packaged for App Store and Play Store submission. - Reporting & Analytics features fully integrated with my existing API (or a lightweight Node/Express back end you can spin up if quicker). - Source code in a private Git repo, clear README, and one-click build scripts. Acceptance criteria 1. Dashboards render in under two seconds on mid-range devices. 2. Charts update live when new data arrives. 3. No critical ESLint or TypeScript errors; unit tests cover core data logic. 4. I can run `npm install && npm start` to see both projects locally. Contact management and sales tracking may follow, so clean architecture and modular components are important—please keep future expansion in mind while focusing on Reporting & Analytics for this sprint.
