I want to streamline the way our team handles customer inquiries by putting a proper CRM in place and configuring it specifically for support. At the moment we have no fixed platform, so I’m open to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or any cloud-based alternative you can demonstrate will cover our needs at a sensible cost. Scope of work • Recommend the right CRM for a growing support team. • Configure customer support modules so that agents can open, track, and close cases through an integrated Ticketing System. • Enable real-time Live Chat Support that plugs into our website and mobile app. • Build an easy-to-navigate Knowledge Base that customers and agents can both search. • Map our existing contact data into the new system and create basic automation (status updates, SLA reminders, satisfaction surveys). • Provide concise documentation and a short handover call so my team can maintain everything after launch.
