The Role: Execution Partner for PLUO LLC I’m looking for a trusted execution partner for PLUO LLC. My job is to keep the pipeline full—I run the sales and marketing engines to bring in the clients. Your job is to knock the projects out of the park. Heads up on the Schedule: The goal is consistent, repeat business, but the schedule isn't "set." We don't have a rigid weekly roster. If you need a guaranteed 9-to-5 schedule, this isn't for you. This is for someone who wants a steady stream of projects that pop up throughout the month based on when deals close. How We Handle Partnerships: Because the timing is variable, we are generally open to maintaining a roster of partners to ensure we always have coverage when a client signs. HOWEVER: We prioritize loyalty. If you are able to commit to being on-demand / on-call for our projects, you will secure the top spot. We will not deviate from selecting you or look for other partners as long as you maintain that availability. We prefer to build with one dedicated partner who is ready when we are. Project Details $1,000 Setup & Implementation CRM Automation & AI Follow-Up Specialist (Real Estate Niche) We are a high-growth automation agency seeking an expert freelancer to implement our standardized CRM Automation & AI Follow-Up Package for our successful Real Estate Agent clients. We need extra hands to build and refine the automated follow-up engines that drive client pipelines using a mixed tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, LionDesk, kvCORE/Lofty, Top Producer, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and Pipedrive. Job Focus: CRM & AI Follow-Up Implementation The core mandate is to design and implement end-to-end automation. Standard Deliverables: System Integration: CRM + iPaaS + AI Follow-Up tool integration. Functionality: Lead Ingestion, AI Logic integration, and internal Alerts setup. Documentation: Final "To-Be" Map, User Training Guide, and Technical Documentation. Outcome: A fully Live System, tested and documented. Autonomous. Note on CRM: If the client's current CRM is poorly maintained or non-existent, the project will be built in the CRM you (the freelancer) are most proficient in from our stack. Freelancer Key Responsibilities Your primary task is to create automated follow-up email sequences and SMS text messages blending traditional workflow logic with AI-generated touch-points across various real estate CRMs. Map and document the client’s lead flow (Lead Ingestion to Conversion). Build/improve workflow automations (lead routing, status updates, AI-assisted follow-up). Test end-to-end and supply clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal team maintenance. Provide light client training/Loom walkthroughs as needed. Acceptance Criteria (Must-Haves) All triggers fire correctly based on lead source and stage. Follow-up messages send at the defined cadence with correct personalization tokens. No duplicate or stalled leads after two test cycles.
