Core objectives • Create a responsive web dashboard where I can set up new construction projects, define phases (design, procurement, build, hand-over), and invite team members, and include the client to engage with the team - distribute the process for specific team. • Build native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android so site supervisors, trades, and designers can access the same data on-site, even with spotty connectivity. • Provide task distribution tools: assign work, attach drawings or photos, set due dates, and track status with visual timelines or Kanban boards. • Include real-time progress tracking, push notifications, and a simple comment thread under each task so decisions never get lost in email, also include live camera on site for client and company access. • Offer document control: versioned uploads of PDFs, BIM files, punch lists, and RFIs, with role-based permissions. • Generate quick reports—daily logs, cost vs. budget snapshots, and completion percentages—exportable to PDF or Excel. • Admin settings for user roles, project templates, and basic branding (logo, color accent) so I can roll this out across multiple jobs quickly. Tech preferences I’m open to the stack you recommend, as long as the web app is cloud-hosted, secure, and scalable, and the mobile apps pass App Store and Google Play review.
