I need a clear, simplified 3D representation of an upcoming concrete feedmill so our engineers and site crews can review layouts, spot clashes early, and finalise sequencing. Accuracy of dimensions takes priority over photorealistic textures; the goal is a functional model that communicates structure, not marketing visuals. Scope • Model the entire facility footprint, highlighting every concrete wall, bin, footing and other key structural elements. • Show spatial relationships between major components, but keep secondary details minimal—think clean planes, crisp edges and colour-coding where helpful. Inputs PDF construction drawings are ready; I will forward them as soon as we start so you can extract dimensions and section data directly. Deliverables • Native 3D file in the software of your choice (Revit, SketchUp, or similar) plus an IFC or DWG export for cross-platform use. • A set of still images (plan, two elevations, three perspective views) sized for A3 sheets so the team can drop them straight into reports. • One round of revisions to adjust any dimensions that change after structural review. Acceptance The model should align with the provided PDFs within standard construction tolerances. Walls and slabs must snap to true thicknesses; overall building length, width and height should match the drawings exactly. Timing is flexible but an initial draft within a week of receiving the files keeps us on schedule. Looking forward to seeing the structure come to life in 3D.
