The sides measure AB 34.84 m, BC 54.00 m, CD 12.00 m, DE 29.10 m and EA 50.47 m. Local regulations require a 9 m setback from CD and DE, and 3 m from EA, AB and the remaining edges. Within that envelope I need a fully realised modern residence featuring six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, plus a home office, gym and guest room. I would like both detailed 2D construction drawings and a fully textured 3D model that places the building accurately on the site and demonstrates compliance with every setback. Please base the concept on contemporary lines and materials, maximise natural light, and use the irregular plot creatively so outdoor living areas feel private despite the angled boundaries.
