I need a capable hand to take full charge of our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) seller account. The job covers everything from keeping the catalogue up-to-date to making sure every order moves smoothly through the system and every buyer query is answered promptly and professionally. Day to day you will upload new SKUs, adjust prices or specs when notified, and watch for bid opportunities that match our product line. When an order drops, you’ll generate the PO, coordinate packing and dispatch, upload shipping details, and close the transaction with all mandatory GeM documentation. Along the way you’ll handle incoming messages, resolve complaints, and follow up on payments so the dashboard stays green at all times. Because GeM runs on its own government platform, familiarity with its interface, policy updates, and SLA requirements is essential. You may use Excel for bulk uploads and basic image-editing tools to format product photos; beyond that, most of the work happens directly on the GeM website. Deliverables I will review weekly: • Accurate, current product listings with approved images and specs • Timely order processing, shipment proof, and invoice uploads meeting GeM SLA • Clear, courteous responses to every buyer query within 24 hours • Status report showing bids participated in, orders fulfilled, and issues resolved If you already manage other vendors on GeM and can show a clean performance scorecard, let’s talk.
