I need EspoCRM acting as the single source of truth while seamlessly exchanging data with four external platforms. 1. Zoho Forms • Every new form submission must automatically create or update a record inside EspoCRM, with all field responses correctly mapped to the corresponding CRM fields. 2. Zoho Writer • Our existing document templates live in Writer; I want them accessible from EspoCRM so users can generate documents without leaving the CRM environment. (can be moved to espocrm if can be sent for zoho signature through here) 3. Zoho Sign • From within EspoCRM I should be able to send a document for signature, monitor its signature status in real time, and have the completed, signed document stored back against the correct record. 4. Coreplus.com.au • Two-way sync is required so that patient or client data edited in either system stays aligned. The exact Coreplus objects are straightforward (contacts, appointments, notes), yet I am open to your field-mapping suggestions based on their API. Please use each platform’s official API or webhooks, keep all traffic secure (OAuth where available) and document the configuration so we can maintain it internally later. Acceptance is simple: create/update data in any connected system and the change must appear correctly in EspoCRM—and vice-versa—within a reasonable polling/webhook window. Show this working in a short screen-share or staging environment before we move to production.
