The flow starts with user registration and KYC, moves into loan creation, then tracks every EMI with real-time reminders and automated penalties when due dates slip. Key functionality I expect • Payment tracking with a clear ledger, overdue alerts and auto-generated receipts • Built-in loan calculator (principal, tenure, interest, amortisation table) • Secure user account management—login, profile, KYC document upload • Remote device actions triggered from my admin panel: – Lock / unlock phone screen – Forced hard reset as last-resort compliance step • Location tracking and live map history of the device • SIM detail fetching to flag swaps or removal attempts • Push notification service for reminders, warnings and general messages • AI-powered robo-assistant to answer borrower queries and escalate support tickets Admin console A companion web dashboard (lightweight) should let me create loans, view payment status, see active device locations, and trigger lock/unlock or reset commands in real time. Tech notes Use proven stacks—Kotlin/Java with Firebase, or Flutter/React Native backed by Node/Express and Firestore/MySQL. GPS, FCM, Device Administrator / MDM APIs are a must for the remote-control features. Any AI layer can hook into Dialogflow or similar; keep it modular so future models swap in easily.
