I’m ready to launch a modern, responsive website that presents my communications agency with clarity and flair. The site’s core goal is to act as a central hub for our work—showcasing what we do, attracting new clients, and making it effortless for the media to reach out. Scope of work The site will outline six marquee service areas: Public Relations, Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Crisis Management, etc. with room to expand into a couple of additional service pages I have in mind. Each service page should be easy for me to update in-house. Public Relations section This part of the site is critical. It needs to include: • Media contact form that routes directly to our press inbox • Searchable press-release archive (PDFs and web versions) • Case-study gallery with text, images, and optional video embeds • Space for an extra feature we’re still finalising General requirements • Clean, contemporary design that aligns with our brand palette (I’ll provide style guidelines). • Fully responsive layout—desktop, tablet, and mobile must all look equally polished. • A straightforward CMS so my team can publish new releases, blog posts, and portfolio pieces without touching code. • On-page SEO fundamentals baked in from day one (metadata, fast load speed, image optimisation). • Integration with Google Analytics 4 for traffic insights. • Basic accessibility best practices (alt text, readable colour contrast, keyboard navigation). Deliverable A live, hosted website plus all source files, login credentials, and a short hand-over video or call that walks my team through updating content and adding new pages. If you have recent agency or professional-services site examples—especially ones that include comms / PR agency —please share them when you respond. I’m looking to start immediately and go live as soon as the build is thoroughly tested and signed off. (IMPORTANT: I'm looking for a web designer / developer based in Wimbledon, Kingston or Richmond in south west London. This is a MUST.)
