We need to add an extension to the left side of the building. The addition should be about 18 feet wide and up to 46 feet long, totaling around 750 square feet. It can be slightly larger, but not much smaller than 700 square feet. I think we should explore a concept that adds two additional storefronts, each 12 feet wide. Both would include two walk-up windows and would ultimately replace the two small detached food sheds shown in the attachment. I will supply current building drawings, site photos, and municipal façade guidelines once we start. Please let me know which software you intend to use (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and your typical turnaround for the first draft.
