Here’s what I need: I have CET Cell official cutoff PDF files (approx ~1359 pages). The app should automatically extract data from those PDFs (branch, category, college, round, year, district, etc) and store in a structured database. A frontend UI where users can: Search by college name, branch, category, year, round, city/district. Compare cutoffs across years/branches. Filter and sort the results easily (similar to Engineering Marg). Admin/backend panel: Upload new PDF files. Update/modify data if needed. Manage database entries. UI/UX: Modern, mobile-friendly, clean interface. Fast loading, smooth filters. Tech preference (optional): Backend: Node.js or Python (Django/Flask) or PHP. Frontend: React/Next.js or any modern JS framework. PDF/OCR extraction: use a library or service (for example, Tesseract + PDF parser) to reliably get data.
