I need a full 3D design package for a new retail outlet where interior detailing takes center stage. My vision is firmly classical and elegant, so every decision—from furniture profiles to material palettes and color harmonies—has to reinforce that refined atmosphere while still supporting an efficient store layout. Here’s what the assignment covers: • An optimized floor plan that guides customer flow and highlights key merchandising zones. • A graceful façade concept that hints at the classical mood awaiting inside. • Detailed interior elevations and joinery drawings, with particular attention to furniture design, material selection, and color schemes. • Layered lighting design that flatters displays and preserves the ambience. • Photorealistic 3D visuals—still renders and a short walkthrough—to let stakeholders experience the space before we build. Deliverables: - CAD layout in DWG/PDF with all dimensions and annotations. - Complete 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit—whichever you prefer, as long as it’s editable). - At least six high-resolution renders covering entrance, cash wrap, feature wall, and two general merchandising views. - Mood & material board listing furniture specs, finish codes, and paint references. - Lighting and reflected ceiling plan synced with the model. - Two revision rounds after the initial presentation. Final acceptance will be based on accuracy of dimensions, fidelity to the agreed classical aesthetic, and consistency between drawings, model, and renders. Collaboration can happen over Zoom or Teams, and I’m ready to start as soon as we align on milestones and timeline.
