I have a sequence in an upcoming film that needs believable smoke and fire to heighten the drama. The raw footage is already edited; what’s missing is the convincing particle work that sells the danger on-screen. I’ll supply the plates in 4K ProRes along with camera tracking data and reference stills for the desired look. You’ll handle the full particle workflow—from simulating turbulent smoke columns and rolling embers through to photo-real fire bursts—then composite everything seamlessly back into the shots so lighting, depth and motion match. Houdini, EmberGen, Blender, After Effects, Nuke or a similar toolset is fine as long as the final result blends naturally and holds up in close-ups. Deliverables: • Final composited shots in 4K matching my edit timeline • Clean pre-multipled passes (smoke, fire, glow) for any final tweaks • Project files and caches so the post team can adjust if needed Acceptance: the effect should track flawlessly, maintain color fidelity under the existing grade, and render without visible artifacts at full resolution.
