I need an experienced dispatcher who specializes in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight to keep the van rolling with reliable, well-paying loads. Here’s what I’m after: • Create and configure new carrier profiles on both DAT Load Board and 123Loadboard (we don’t have any memberships yet). • Research and secure profitable LTL loads that start and end within California or neighboring states when the rate makes sense. • Handle the full booking cycle—rate negotiation, paperwork, and confirmation—so my driver only has to focus on pickup and delivery. • Build a simple load calendar and communicate daily updates on pick-ups, drop-offs, and any changes. • Offer guidance on best practices for cargo-van logistics, insurance certificates, and compliance so we can scale smoothly. Success for me looks like at least two active load-board accounts, consistent freight scheduled each week, and clear communication that lets me grow without surprises.
