I’m building a full-fledged online car marketplace, inspired by platforms such as Spinny and CarDekho, and I need one partner who can deliver both the responsive website and the companion mobile apps (iOS and Android) under a single, well-structured codebase. Core experience The heart of the product is a rich catalogue of cars where every listing carries exhaustive details—model specs, service history, pricing, and more—presented through high-quality photos and short walk-around videos. Shoppers must be able to slice through the inventory quickly with fast, multi-criteria filters (price, make, year, mileage, fuel type, etc.), save searches, and place cars side-by-side in a comparison view. User roles • Buyers: browse, compare, shortlist, and contact sellers • Sellers: create, edit, and manage listings with media uploads and status updates • Admin: full dashboard to approve listings, manage users, and monitor analytics Key deliverables • Modern web application: SEO-friendly, mobile-first UI, built with a mainstream framework (React, Angular, or Vue—your preference) • Native-like apps: one codebase (Flutter, React Native, or similar) compiled for both iOS and Android, mirroring all website functions and syncing data in real time • Scalable backend: REST or GraphQL API, secure authentication, role-based access, and cloud storage for images/videos • Admin console: intuitive interface for approvals, edits, and basic reporting • Clean, well-documented code plus hand-off support for deployment to my hosting accounts and both app stores Acceptance criteria A user with each role can sign in and complete every journey without errors; filters return accurate results under 2 seconds; comparison view loads instantly on web and mobile; media uploads succeed for at least 20 MB files; and the entire stack passes my UAT checklist on staging before we go live. If you have end-to-end experience launching marketplaces like this—especially with large media libraries and search at scale—let’s discuss timelines, milestones, and how you prefer to structure the build.
