I'm in need of a skilled Laravel developer to build a tool similar to Canva. This project will require a professional who is well-versed in Laravel. The end product doesn't need to have all the bells and whistles of Canva, but it needs to have the same core functionalities when it comes to image and video editing, template design, template library, image and videos storage, file exports, etc.. The tools needs to have image editing capabilities very similar to Canva, and it needs to be able to do roughly the same with video–resizing, loading text on top, and it needs to ability to dynamically load design templates in much the same way. We also need to ability to export designs as png's and mp4's in the same way.
