A qualified and experienced architectural professional is required to support a B.Arch final semester thesis project titled “Cancer Specialty Hospital in Guwahati, Assam.” The project already has preliminary research and rough design work completed. The requirement is for someone who can refine, modify, and comprehensively develop the thesis, taking it through to final submission level. Scope of Work: Review and enhance existing research, concepts, and design proposals Develop a complete architectural thesis, including site planning, zoning, circulation, and detailing Design a patient-centric, efficient, and sustainable cancer specialty hospital Integrate healthcare design standards, hospital regulations, and oncology-specific spatial requirements Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations suitable for academic evaluation Ensure the final output meets B.Arch thesis guidelines and assessment criteria Preferred Expertise: Background in architecture with experience in healthcare or hospital design Strong understanding of specialized hospital departments, particularly cancer care Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling software Ability to support design decisions through research and analysis Clear communication for coordination and revisions Interested candidates should share relevant academic or professional work samples, preferably healthcare or hospital-related projects.
