I need a lean Android application that brings agent management and CRM access together in one place for my call-center operation. The goal is a working MVP I can test on a handful of phones before we scale up. Core scope • Agent management dashboard that lets supervisors view performance stats, set schedules, and assign calls or tickets. • Built-in autocalling module so an agent can tap once to dial the next number in the queue. • Lightweight CRM connector: the app should be able to push and pull basic customer details (name, phone, status, notes) through a REST API. I’m flexible on the specific CRM, so please structure the code so the endpoint URL, auth token, and field mapping can be swapped quickly. Essential deliverables 1. Production-ready APK and full source code (Java or Kotlin). 2. Simple Firebase or SQLite back-end to store agent metrics locally while offline, with auto-sync when a connection returns. 3. Clear README that explains how to change the CRM endpoint, create new agent accounts, and export basic reports. 4. One brief walkthrough video or screen-recording showing the app scheduling an agent, auto-dialing, and writing a note back to the CRM.
